ON THE AGE OF THE CHARNOCKITOIDS OF THE TASHLYK COMPLEX OF THE INHUL REGION OF The UKRAINIAN SHIELD

Zircons from charnockitoids of the Tashlyk complex Pryinhul syncline were studied and dated in order to determine their chronostratigraphic position. two age generations identified, namely Early Archean (ca. 3 Ga) Proterozoic (2.0±0.1 Ga). The presence former generation indicates that protolith for charnockites have been represented by rocks older than Spasove Series, which is considered be age. At ca. 2.0±0.1 Ga together with Inhul-Inhulets underwent granulite metamorphism. This event resulted crystallization second (Paleoproterozoic) zircon charnockites. zircons found complex, correspond morphologically granitoid amphibolite facies, differ Eoarchean enderbites Haivoron partially retain appearance during Neoarchean Paleoproterozoic tectonic-magmatic events.
